WESTFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) - It's more than just a walk
- Making Strides Against Breast Cancer describes the progress
they're making together to help save lives, but they can't do
it without you.
Barbara Belz Brazee, founder and owner of Vivid Hair
Salons, is helping to make a difference with Pink hair
extensions!
Barbara and her staff at Vivid Hair Salon have come
together with the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and the
American Cancer Society and they’re taking part in trying to
raise money to do the Walk For Hope. And by that what they’re
doing is that for every $5.00 donation, they’re giving the
person a pink hair extension to put in their hair and they’ll
also have raffle prizes as well.
As part of the initiative for Making Strides Against Breast
Cancer, the salon, in addition to their grand opening on
October 9th, are doing a fundraising event. They’re trying to
get as many people out there, really trying to promote
themselves to really help out everybody.
Each of the girls at Vivid Hair Salon knows someone or has
a family member who has somehow been effected by this disease
and wanted to do something to help the cause.
Also, all Rediken products sold that day, 100% donations
are going towards Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
